CRQ Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party.

We use Mailings Direct, of St Albans (www.mailings.co.uk) for regular distribution of the quarterly CRQ magazine itself. Separate copies of the magazine and all other material is sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce from the Editorial office. Delivery times are as stated in Royal Mail or Parcelforce schedules, and vary according to destination, but all items are sent by airmail, unless otherwise agreed between CRQ and the recipient.

Claims for non-receipt of CRQ copies or any other material despatched should be made within three months of expected delivery time. Cancellation of subscriptions and cancellation of orders made before despatch will be attended to promptly and refunds will be made within seven days of the receipt of notification.
